01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and rw365 ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") with respect to your use of the rw365 website located at rw365.net and all associated gaming services, features, content, and applications offered thereon (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the rw365 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

rw365 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, rw365 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address on file. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

02 Eligibility

Access to and use of the rw365 Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under PAGCOR's regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines.
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legal and not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity for the purposes of gaming on the Platform.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of rw365, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously had an rw365 account suspended, terminated, or closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are accessing the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only, not for any commercial, professional, or systematic advantage.

rw365 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by rw365 may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification. Providing false information regarding your eligibility constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

03 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming on rw365, you are required to create a player account. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current, and that you will keep this information updated at all times.

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) rw365 account. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or using shared devices or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, rw365 may, at its discretion, close all associated accounts and confiscate any balances or winnings therein.

• You must provide a valid email address that you actively monitor, as rw365 uses email as a primary communication channel for account verification, security alerts, and transaction confirmations.
• Account credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication codes — must be kept confidential. You must not share your login details with any third party.
• You must notify rw365 immediately via support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Full KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, including identity and age verification documents, is required before withdrawals are enabled on any account.

rw365 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations in the Philippines. The Platform may request source-of-funds documentation or additional KYC materials at any stage of your relationship with rw365, including at the time of withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on rw365 are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). rw365 does not accept or process transactions in any foreign currency. Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI online banking, BDO online banking, and 7-Eleven CliQQ, subject to availability and applicable limits.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status.
• Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your rw365 wallet within seconds. Bank transfer processing times may vary.
• rw365 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Payment methods used for deposits must be registered in your name and match your rw365 account identity.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, in accordance with standard AML practice.
• Full KYC verification must be completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed.
• rw365 reserves the right to impose withdrawal review periods for accounts that exhibit unusual activity patterns or where large sums are involved.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method; GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 business hours during operational periods.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met before withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

rw365 offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free credits, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page:

• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only. Any attempt to exploit, arbitrage, or systematically profit from bonus structures in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play is considered bonus abuse and may result in account suspension.
• Each bonus offer is available once per player, household, IP address, device, and payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• Bonuses expire after the period stated on the relevant promotion page. Unused or unmet wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings upon expiry.
• rw365 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bonus eligibility or calculation, rw365's determination shall be final and binding.

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the rw365 Platform — including slot games, live casino tables, bingo, and sports betting markets — are governed by the specific rules of each game as displayed within the game interface or the relevant game information section. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics.

rw365 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment. Live casino games are operated by licensed game providers using certified random number generation (RNG) systems or live dealer procedures. rw365 does not manipulate game outcomes. Slot titles made available on the Platform are supplied by recognized third-party game developers whose software is independently certified for fairness.

• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, rw365's server records shall be the definitive record of that game's outcome.
• Any bets placed during periods of known platform instability or maintenance may be voided at rw365's discretion, with stakes returned to the player's wallet.
• rw365 reserves the right to void any bet or game result where evidence of software exploitation, collusion, or external assistance tools is identified.
• Sports betting markets are subject to their own specific rules regarding settlement, void conditions, and the handling of postponed or abandoned events. These are published in the sports section of the Platform.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rw365 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Opening or using multiple accounts, whether under your own identity or a false identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any communication with rw365.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage in gameplay or to scrape platform data.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to defraud rw365 or other players.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities — any such discovery must be reported to rw365 support immediately.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime.
• Attempting to circumvent geographic restrictions, account limits, self-exclusion measures, or any other Platform controls.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing rw365 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform through a VPN or proxy in order to misrepresent your actual location.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the rw365 Platform — including but not limited to the rw365 brand name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, data, and design elements — is the intellectual property of rw365 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written authorization from rw365.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software components of the Platform.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices on any Platform content.
• Use the rw365 brand name, logo, or any associated marks in any manner that could cause confusion or that implies rw365's endorsement of any third-party product or service.

09 Responsible Gaming

rw365 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. Online gaming is intended to be a source of entertainment. rw365 strongly encourages all players to game within their means and to be aware of the risks associated with gambling.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered rw365 players through the Account Settings section:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately; requests to increase limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders — Configure automatic session duration alerts to help you track your time on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion — Request a temporary or permanent suspension of your rw365 account. Temporary exclusion periods range from one week to six months. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed.
• Reality Checks — Enable periodic pop-up notifications showing the duration of your current gaming session and your net win/loss position.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, rw365 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the rw365 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
• Gaming losses incurred through normal gameplay, technical issues, or connectivity disruptions beyond rw365's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Third-party payment processing delays or errors beyond rw365's direct control.
• Platform unavailability due to scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or technical disruptions.

rw365 makes the Platform available on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, except to the extent that such warranties are legally incapable of exclusion.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit rw365's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11 Privacy & Data

rw365 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described therein.

Personal data collected by rw365 is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and — where you have provided consent — promotional communications. rw365 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only where required by law, court order, or with licensed service providers acting on rw365's behalf under appropriate data processing agreements.

Players have rights with respect to their personal data, including the right to access, correct, and in certain circumstances delete their data held by rw365. Requests can be submitted to our support team. Note that certain data must be retained for a minimum period under applicable AML and gaming regulations regardless of deletion requests.

12 Termination

rw365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where rw365 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player has provided false or fraudulent information.
• The account has been used for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity.
• The player is under 21 years of age.
• Continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to rw365.

Upon account closure for breach of Terms, rw365 may confiscate any remaining balance, void any pending withdrawals, and forfeit any accrued bonuses or loyalty points. Where account closure is not attributable to player breach, any verified remaining balance in the player's wallet will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after applicable verification checks.

Players may voluntarily close their rw365 account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Active wagering requirements or pending withdrawal requests must be resolved before closure is finalized.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any dispute regarding their existence, validity, interpretation, performance, breach, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before commencing any formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute through direct negotiation. Players wishing to raise a dispute should contact rw365 customer support in the first instance, clearly describing the nature of the complaint and the resolution sought. rw365 will acknowledge complaints within two (2) business days and endeavor to resolve them within fourteen (14) business days.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, either party may refer the dispute to an appropriate alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanism or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
