rw365 Privacy Policy
At rw365, your privacy matters as much as your next big win. This Privacy Policy explains exactly what personal data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have as a player on our platform. Please read this carefully — it is part of the agreement between you and rw365.
What This Policy Covers
These are the six core principles that govern how rw365 handles your personal data. Full details for each are in the legal document below.
Data We Collect
rw365 collects only the information needed to run your account — registration details, KYC documents, transaction records, and gameplay data. We do not collect unnecessary personal information beyond what is required for safe and compliant operation.
How We Use It
Your data powers your rw365 experience — account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, customer support, and where you've opted in, promotional updates. We never sell your data to third parties for their own commercial purposes.
Who We Share With
Data sharing is limited and purposeful — licensed payment processors like GCash and Maya, KYC verification providers, regulatory bodies where required by Philippine law, and technology partners operating under strict data processing agreements.
How We Protect It
rw365 applies industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption for data in transit, access controls, regular security audits, and internal data handling policies. Your financial data and identity documents are stored in secured, access-restricted environments.
Your Rights
As a Filipino player, you have the right to access, correct, and in certain cases request deletion of your personal data held by rw365. You may also withdraw marketing consent at any time. Data subject requests can be submitted to our support team.
Cookies & Tracking
rw365 uses cookies and similar technologies to keep your session secure, remember your preferences, and analyze platform usage. You can manage non-essential cookie preferences through your browser settings at any time without affecting core platform functionality.

This Policy applies to all personal data collected through the rw365 website, mobile-optimized site, customer support channels, and any other communication methods you use to interact with rw365. It does not apply to third-party websites linked from or otherwise associated with rw365 — we encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services independently.

03 How We Use Your Data
rw365 uses collected personal data for the following specific purposes. We process personal data only where we have a valid legal basis to do so, as outlined in Section 4.
- Account Management: Creating, maintaining, and administering your rw365 player account, including authentication, password recovery, and account preference settings.
- Identity & Age Verification: Confirming your identity and verifying that you are 21 years of age or older in compliance with PAGCOR's online gaming age restriction requirements for the Philippines.
- Payment Processing: Facilitating PHP deposits and withdrawals via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, QR Ph, GrabPay, and 7-Eleven CliQQ, and maintaining accurate financial records of all transactions.
- Fraud Prevention & Security: Detecting and preventing unauthorized account access, bonus abuse, money laundering, and other fraudulent or prohibited activities on the Platform.
- Regulatory Compliance: Meeting obligations under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, PAGCOR licensing conditions, and Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements applicable to online gaming operators in the Philippines.
- Customer Support: Responding to your queries, resolving disputes, processing complaints, and providing technical assistance through our support channels.
- Responsible Gaming: Monitoring gameplay patterns to identify signs of problem gambling and administering self-exclusion, deposit limits, and session reminder tools where requested or required.
- Platform Improvement: Analyzing aggregated, anonymized usage data to improve game selection, site performance, and overall player experience across the Philippines, including users in Manila, Cebu, Davao, and Quezon City.
- Marketing Communications: Sending promotional emails, SMS updates, or push notifications about bonuses, new games, and platform news — only where you have provided explicit consent to receive such communications.
rw365 does not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects on players without human oversight. Responsible gaming flags generated by our systems are always reviewed by a trained support team member before any account action is taken.
04 Legal Basis for Processing
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, rw365 relies on the following legal bases to process your personal data:
- Contractual Necessity: Processing your identity data, financial transaction data, and account information is necessary to fulfill our contractual obligations to you under the rw365 Terms & Conditions — specifically to provide the gaming services you have registered for.
- Legal Obligation: rw365 is required by Philippine law to collect and retain certain data for KYC, age verification, AML compliance, and regulatory reporting purposes. This processing cannot be refused without rw365 being unable to offer you services.
- Legitimate Interest: rw365 processes technical and usage data for fraud detection, security monitoring, and platform improvement under the legitimate interest of maintaining a safe and functional gaming environment. This processing does not override your fundamental privacy rights.
- Consent: Marketing communications and non-essential cookies are processed solely on the basis of your freely given, specific, and informed consent. You may withdraw this consent at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
Where rw365 relies on consent as the legal basis for processing, withdrawal of that consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing conducted prior to withdrawal. Withdrawing marketing consent will not affect your ability to use the rw365 Platform.
05 Sharing Your Data
rw365 does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their own independent commercial use. We share personal data only in the following limited and purposeful circumstances:
- Payment Service Providers: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, GrabPay, and other licensed payment processors receive the minimum transactional data necessary to execute your deposits and withdrawals. Each payment provider operates under its own privacy policy and regulatory framework.
- KYC & Identity Verification Partners: Licensed third-party identity verification service providers may process your ID documents and selfie images for the purpose of age and identity confirmation. These providers operate under data processing agreements with rw365 and may not use your data for any other purpose.
- Regulatory & Law Enforcement Authorities: rw365 is obligated to disclose player data to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission (NPC), or other competent Philippine authorities when required by law, court order, or regulatory direction.
- Technology & Platform Providers: Cloud hosting, analytics, customer support software, and other technology service providers may have access to platform data as part of their contracted services. All such providers are bound by data processing agreements that restrict their use of your data.
- Game Content Providers: Third-party game studios whose titles are available on rw365 may receive anonymized gameplay session data for game performance analysis. No personally identifiable information is shared with game studios beyond what is technically necessary for session management.
- Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets involving rw365, player data may be transferred to the successor entity. You will be notified of any such transfer and the privacy implications via the email address registered to your account.
All third parties with whom rw365 shares personal data are contractually required to implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures and to process your data only for the purposes specified by rw365.
06 Data Retention
rw365 retains your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, to meet our legal and regulatory obligations, or to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. The following retention periods apply as a general guide:
| Data Type | Retention Period | Reason |

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymized in a manner that prevents re-identification. Where anonymized data is retained for statistical or analytical purposes, it can no longer be used to identify any individual player.
07 Cookies & Tracking Technologies
rw365 uses cookies and similar technologies — including web beacons, local storage, and session tokens — to ensure the Platform functions correctly, to keep your session secure, and to understand how players interact with our site. The following categories of cookies are used:
- Strictly Necessary Cookies: These are essential for the Platform to function. They maintain your login session, remember your language preference, and protect against cross-site request forgery (CSRF). These cookies cannot be disabled without breaking core platform functionality.
- Performance & Analytics Cookies: These collect anonymized data about how players navigate the Platform — which pages are visited most, how long sessions last, and where errors occur — to help us improve the rw365 experience. These are only set with your consent.
- Functional Cookies: These remember your preferences such as display settings, notification choices, and game history filters to provide a more personalized experience. These are set with your consent.
- Responsible Gaming Cookies: Session duration cookies are used to power the Reality Check and session time reminder features. These are set as part of the responsible gaming controls you activate in your account settings.
You can manage or disable non-essential cookies through your browser's cookie settings at any time. Note that disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from logging into your rw365 account. For instructions on managing cookies in your specific browser, please refer to your browser's help documentation.
rw365 does not use third-party advertising cookies or behavioral tracking technologies for the purpose of targeting you with advertisements on external websites. Our tracking technologies are used exclusively for platform operation, security, and player experience improvement within the rw365 site.
08 Security Measures
rw365 implements a layered set of technical and organizational security measures designed to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, accidental loss, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include:
- TLS (Transport Layer Security) encryption for all data transmitted between your browser and the rw365 Platform.
- Encryption of sensitive data at rest, including KYC documents, payment method references, and account credentials.
- Role-based access controls ensuring that rw365 staff can only access player data to the extent required by their specific job function.
- Regular penetration testing and security audits conducted by qualified third-party security specialists.
- Multi-factor authentication (MFA) options available to all players to add an additional layer of protection to their accounts.
- Automated fraud detection systems that monitor transaction patterns and login behavior for anomalies in real time.
- Internal data handling policies and staff training programs to ensure all rw365 personnel understand and comply with their data protection obligations.
While rw365 takes all reasonable precautions to protect your data, no internet-based platform can guarantee absolute security. In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, rw365 will notify you and the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines in accordance with the requirements of the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
09 Your Rights Under the DPA
As a data subject under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data held by rw365:
- Right to be Informed: You have the right to be told how your personal data is being collected and used. This Privacy Policy fulfills rw365's transparency obligations in this regard.
- Right of Access: You may request a copy of the personal data rw365 holds about you, including the categories of data, the purposes of processing, and details of any third parties with whom it has been shared.
- Right to Rectification: If any personal data we hold about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to request correction. Some data corrections may require re-submission of KYC documents.
- Right to Erasure: You may request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or where you have withdrawn consent and there is no overriding legal basis for retention. Note that data retained for regulatory compliance under AML or PAGCOR requirements cannot be deleted until the mandatory retention period has elapsed.
- Right to Object: You have the right to object to processing of your personal data where rw365 relies on legitimate interest as the legal basis, and where your particular circumstances justify such an objection.
- Right to Data Portability: You may request a copy of personal data you have provided to rw365 in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format, where technically feasible.
- Right to Lodge a Complaint: If you believe rw365 has mishandled your personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines.
To exercise any of the above rights, please contact the rw365 support team with a clear description of your request. We will acknowledge your request within five (5) business days and endeavor to fulfill it within thirty (30) days, subject to any legally permissible extensions. Identity verification may be required before we action a data subject request.
10 Children & Minors
rw365 is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and older, consistent with PAGCOR's age restriction requirements for online gaming platforms serving the Philippine market. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.
During the account registration process, rw365 requires date of birth information and conducts age verification checks as part of the KYC process. Accounts where age verification cannot be completed, or where it is established that the player is under 21 years of age, will be immediately suspended and all associated balances will be frozen pending further review.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a minor under your care has created an rw365 account or has had their personal data submitted to our Platform, please contact our support team immediately. rw365 will investigate and, where confirmed, delete all associated data and close the account without delay.
11 Policy Updates
rw365 reserves the right to update or revise this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data practices, applicable Philippine law, regulatory guidance from the National Privacy Commission, or PAGCOR requirements. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy will always reflect the date on which the most recent revision came into effect.
Where changes to this Policy are material — meaning they significantly affect how we collect, use, or share your personal data — rw365 will notify you via the email address registered to your account at least fourteen (14) days prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the rw365 Platform after the effective date of any updated Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed about how rw365 is protecting your information. If you disagree with any changes to this Policy, you have the right to close your account and request deletion of your data in accordance with Section 9 above.
